Welcome to
Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple

We cherish music and infuse it into every aspect of our congregation. We advocate for social justice for everyone. We celebrate and find comfort in prayer. We love to teach and are empowered to learn. We are a community. We are a family. We are Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple.

Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple strives to perpetuate Jewish tradition and strengthen Jewish lives through lifelong learning, worship, social action, and deeds of loving kindness.

“I envision a temple as big and as open as the tent which Abraham and Sarah shared, a home that welcomes people of all faiths and of no faith, Jews and non-Jews, a home that welcomes each of us as human beings, a home in which the dignity of each individual is assured and in which laughter and joy are abundant.”

Going to Services Should Not Be an Act of Courage

Tonight at 7PM CT/ 8PM ET, Rabbi Charlie Cytron-Walker will lead a Healing Service for Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas.

Supporters from around the world can stream the service live via the synagogue's Facebook page.

We are horrified by the news that CCAR member Rabbi Charlie Cytron-Walker is involved in a standoff in his synagogue. We pray for his safety, his synagogue’s, and the well-being of all involved. We’re grateful to the members of law enforcement dedicated to a peaceful resolution.

Don’t bottle up the messages you want to leave behind: Rabbi Robert Nosanchuk
